In this role, you will partner with large organizations to deploy Stuut’s AI-powered cash flow automation platform and drive operational transformation.

Responsibilities
Own executive-level relationships with a portfolio of Stuut’s largest and most complex enterprise customers
Guide customers through large-scale implementations and rollouts, ensuring alignment across finance, IT, operations, and leadership
Partner with customers to redesign AR workflows and decision-making by embedding AI into core enterprise processes
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, and Forward Deploy) to manage integrations, dependencies, and implementation milestones
Drive adoption of new AI capabilities across distributed teams and business units
Develop outcome-oriented account plans focused on measurable ROI, risk reduction, and long-term expansion
Lead data-driven conversations that connect AI performance to enterprise financial outcomes and strategic objectives
Support change management efforts, helping enterprise teams adopt new workflows and operating models
Surface structured customer feedback to inform roadmap prioritization and enterprise readiness
Partner with Sales on renewals, expansions, and multi-year enterprise contracts
Act as the internal advocate for enterprise customers, ensuring delivery quality, alignment, and long-term value realization
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in enterprise Account Management, Customer Success, Consulting, or client strategy roles within SaaS, fintech, automation, or AI-driven platforms
Managed complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts with long sales cycles and high contract values
Comfortable engaging and advising senior executives (CFO, VP Finance, Head of Shared Services, IT leadership)
Understand enterprise implementations and integrations (ERPs, APIs, data pipelines, security considerations)
Bring a structured, analytical approach to tying technology adoption to financial and operational KPIs
Energized by enterprise-scale AI transformation and its real-world business impact
Thrive in high-growth startup environments where you help define enterprise playbooks, not just execute them
Bring strong ownership, sound judgment, and a bias toward clarity and execution in complex environments
