Responsibilities
Independently manage a caseload of complex insurance defense matters
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials when needed
Develop case strategies and provide regular updates to clients and carriers
Collaborate effectively with partners and staff in a remote environment
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school; active Nevada bar license required
Minimum 2+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Must be a current Nevada resident
