Open and close service calls

Required

Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Virtualization
Receive and log help desk calls
Provide initial help desk support
Open and close service calls
Friendly and patience with clients
Candidates must have the ability to communicate well with clients
Personal management skills
Ability to multi-task on different projects
Self-starter
Strong work ethic
Communication skills
Organizational skills
Willingness to take ownership of the project while prioritizing its purpose to serve the users

Preferred

5+ years of experience in IT technology is preferred
A bachelor's degree is preferred and/or equivalent experience within a technology-based environment
Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)
Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
