Brand Strategy and Marketing Director
Earthlite is a global leader in the wellness industry, specializing in spa and massage products. The Director of Brand Strategy & Marketing will shape and execute brand strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and enhancing the customer experience in the luxury wellness market.

Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of brand strategy that aligns with business objectives, market opportunities, and consumer insights
Translate strategic plans into clear, actionable programs — including campaigns, partnerships, content initiatives, and GTM product launches
Define and refine brand & product positioning and value propositions, ensuring they stand out in a competitive marketplace
Oversee brand identity and communication standards, maintains consistency in messaging, design, and experience across all touchpoints
Drive integrated marketing initiatives in collaboration with creative, digital, and product teams to build awareness, engagement, and conversion
Monitor and manage brand equity and performance, using key health metrics to strengthen perception and loyalty
Leverage market data and consumer insights to guide strategy, product innovation, and campaign execution
Partner closely with Sales, Product Development, Digital, Creative, and Operations to ensure aligned and effective execution
Establish and report on KPIs to measure brand and campaign effectiveness, optimizing based on results
Drive operational excellence by streamlining workflows, enhancing agility, and ensuring scalable processes that reduce risk and inefficiency
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence across functions
Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills
Must have good computer skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
7-10 years of progressive experience in brand marketing, preferably in spa, beauty, wellness, or luxury consumer goods industries
Preferred
Master's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
