Wireless Network Operations Center (WNOC) Lead

Arch Systems, LLC is seeking a Wireless Network Operations Center (WNOC) Lead responsible for coordinating scheduling and operational activities for the WNOC team. Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling and operational workflow for the WNOC team
Serve as the primary POC for government and customer inquiries related to technical issues
Manage and oversee incident triage, escalation, and resolution processes
Coordinate and deliver training for new contract staff
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and KPI dashboards
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and develop/update playbooks and onboarding materials
Collaborate with wireless network owners, field teams, and system administrators for issue resolution
Maintain high operational readiness and ensure continuous monitoring of wireless systems (COTHEN and LMR)

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Networking, Telecommunications, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 network support operations
Strong understanding of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies
Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems
Proven experience in shift coordination, operator training, and report generation (daily/weekly/monthly)
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Confidential security clearance (Required)
Ability to relocate to Orlando, FL 32827 before starting work (Required)

Preferred

Relevant certifications such as ITIL v3, CompTIA, or CCNA
Experience with COTHEN/LMR wireless operations and radio consoles/gateways
Familiarity with SOP/playbook development and standardization
Active or previously held CBP Background Investigation (BI) and/or Secret/Top Secret security clearance
Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Orlando, FL
