Executive Casino Host Sr. (Asian)- Full Time, Casino Marketing (Harrah's SoCal)
Caesars Entertainment is seeking an Executive Casino Host Sr. to enhance the growth of gaming revenues through the development of customer relationships. The role involves maintaining connections with valued gaming guests, identifying premium players, and implementing programs to attract high-limit patrons.

Responsibilities
Identifies premium slot and table players with emphasis on developing relationships with players
Assists in the development and implementation of new programs and promotions to ensure a steady flow of high-quality patronage
Responsible for complete data entry of player information, contacts, letters, phone calls into PCS system
Increases market share and company profitability in accordance with all gaming regulations
Develops and promotes special events with target areas as directed
Makes reservations for high-end guests as appropriate
Represents management at special events and promotions
Greeting and hosting of high-end customers, and maintains the highest levels of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitude throughout
Tracks guests’ visits, arranges transportation and accommodations, and provides complimentary according to established guidelines
Travels to various markets to meet new potential high-end players
Keeps informed of competitive promotional methods
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of VIP information
Must be able to continuously maneuver around office and casino
Must be able to move quickly around property
Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and work at a desk
Responds to visual and aural cues
Must be able to work independently and proven to be self-motivated
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment
Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guests’ needs
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke
Qualification
Required
Must have proven track record of personally providing excellent customer service
Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and problem-solving skills
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
Candidate must be bilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
2 to 5 years Host or Player Development experience in a major gaming operation of similar size and stature
Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and possess an attention to detail
Must have a proven track record of increasing gaming revenue through established customer base
Must have strong telemarketing skills
Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and problem-solving skills
Must be resourceful and highly motivated in seeking out new VIP opportunities
Must be able to work effectively across all departments
Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance
Must be willing to adhere to all California and tribal gaming regulations and guidelines
Must be willing to work any shift and any day when necessary
Must be able to work extended hours during special events, including limited overnight travel
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of VIP information

College degree in Marketing, Hotel or Business preferred but not required
