Tri Source International LLC is a leading inspection, testing, and maintenance compliance software provider serving fire departments and local governments across the U.S. They are seeking a Client Experience Representative to handle client inquiries, guide them through processes, and ensure exceptional service while maintaining productivity standards.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls/emails) with professionalism and accuracy
Assist service providers and property owners with questions, next steps, and process guidance
Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM
Maintain a working knowledge of our clients services, tools, and escalation protocols
Deliver best-in-class service by maintaining a calm, efficient, and friendly tone at all times
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and share feedback
Qualification
Required
2+ years of customer service or retail experience
Dependable, attentive, eager to learn, self-starter, positive attitude
High School diploma
Preferred
call center, service desk, or front-line support experience
Previous experience using CRM systems
Associate's degree or higher
