Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR contact for the plant, providing day-to-day support and guidance to employees and managers
Implement strategies to attract and retain skilled employees, especially during the turnaround phase where recruitment is critical
Promote and maintain a positive work environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and employee engagement
Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver programs that upskill employees and align competencies with evolving plant needs
Support employees through transitions and organizational changes, ensuring clear communication and continuity
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, managing legal risks and maintaining ethical standards
Collaborate with plant leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
Actively engage with HR peers across plants and verticals to share insights, solve challenges, and drive continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree and HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to both growth and turnaround phases
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and support teams through change
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that drive performance and align with business goals
Deep understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges

Preferred

Master's degree and HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
