Support clients and transactions of the Denver office

Engage early and often directly with clients in support of their transactions

Supervise both corporate associates and subject matter specialists

Qualification

Required

Between four and eight years of law firm experience

Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Member of the Bar in the United States

Extensive experience working in a high-volume M&A practice

Experience on both buy-side and sell-side transactions

Experience representing both strategic clients and financial sponsors

Well-versed in all types of M&A transactions

Strong academic credentials

Substantive drafting experience

Excellent communication skills

Comfort interacting directly with clients

Excellent supervisors of both corporate associates and subject matter specialists

Preferred

Experience in complex joint venture transactions

Experience in venture capital financings

Experience in other minority investment transactions
