Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams to design and propose tailored Kubernets solutions that meet customer needs
Engage with clients during presales discussions to understand requirements and demonstrate product capabilities
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process to ensure successful deal closures
Lead presentations and product demonstrations to showcase solutions effectively
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product management, and marketing teams
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management
Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives
Mentor and train junior team members to build expertise within the team

Required

Strong Kubernetes, cloud native, containerization expertise in a hybrid-cloud enterprise environment and a solution architect or engineer
Proven ability to engage with clients and understand their Kubernetes related enterprise needs
Excellent presentation and communication skills for effective selling
Generate and deliver effective Proof-of-Concept (POC) presentations
Experience with collaborative tools and remote working technologies
Ability to travel moderately as needed for client engagements
Strong analytical skills to assess client requirements and propose tailored solutions
Experience in cross-functional collaboration to drive project success
Proficiency in industry-specific technologies and trends relevant to clients
