Fleet Account Executive

10th St. Talent, through its division First Ring Fleet, is transforming the commercial fleet leasing industry with a focus on transparency and customer service. The Fleet Account Executive will be responsible for building sales processes, acquiring pilot customers, and refining the sales approach in a startup environment targeting trades businesses.

Responsibilities

Generate qualified pipeline and acquire pilot customers: Build robust pipeline through 90% outbound prospecting, targeting trades businesses and converting cold leads through consultative selling (targeting 20+ active prospects at various stages within 90 days)
Establish deep customer understanding: Become fluent in target customer pain points and articulate their transparent cost-plus model to non-finance-expert business owners
Build sales processes through real customer interactions: Document learnings, iterate on scripts, and create repeatable processes based on actual customer feedback and market response
Serve as strategic thought partner: Work closely with leadership to refine First Ring Fleet's offerings and help shape future products and services

Required

Fleet leasing or automotive industry experience: deep understanding of lease structures, vehicle lifecycle management, and vendor ecosystems
Proven B2B consultative sales track record: ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling
Startup or small company growth experience: comfort building processes from scratch with limited resources
Strong written and verbal communication skills: ability to explain complex concepts simply and adapt tone to diverse audiences
CRM proficiency: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for pipeline management
Advanced sales technology skills: create presentations and sales materials independently, build reports and dashboards, data tracking and analysis

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred: business, marketing, or related field
