The primary responsibility of the role is to source, screen, and recruit top talent for clients while maintaining recruitment records and relationships with external agencies.

Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone and on camera screens assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other sources of potential candidates
Assist with onboarding and training of new hires
