Responsibilities
Partner with customers during implementation to uncover workflows, pain points, and opportunities that guide product direction
Transform insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and a thoughtfully prioritized backlog
Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver features that boost adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success
Define, track, and analyze key success metrics to measure impact and inform iteration
Balance near-term implementation needs with scalable, strategic solutions that serve the broader market
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of product management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., TAM, Implementation Specialist, or CSM) is a huge plus
A knack for simplifying complexity, translating customer challenges into actionable product requirements
Proven track record of delivering impactful features in partnership with cross-functional teams
Top-notch communication skills, comfortable engaging with both customers and internal stakeholders
Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment where ownership and initiative matter
