Responsibilities

Deliver quality solutions by supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives while ensuring consistency with Product strategy, commitments, and goals

Work in conjunction with Stock Plan Leaders at the portfolio and program level to coordinate initiatives by providing oversight from initial assessment through solution launch with an emphasis on business readiness activities

Develop and drive critical SPS projects and deliverables aligned with the organization’s long-term strategic vision

Required

5- 7 years of related project management experience in financial services and/or strategy consulting

Bachelor's degree required

Robust analytical thinking and a creative approach to tackling strategic business issues

Ability to manage sophisticated projects across teams, and exercise influence and autonomy amidst shifting priorities and timelines

Proficiency in verbal / written communication and comfort with presentation tools, including the Microsoft Office suite and ThinkCell, Tableau or PowerBI

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly; to offer and accept feedback

Knowledge of Fidelity could be meaningful for navigating organization and achieving goals
