Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution for enterprise and key accounts
Build and execute strategic account plans that align customer business objectives with company solutions
Engage C-level and senior business leaders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and operational improvement through SaaS adoption
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value to clients
Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles with attention to discovery, business case development, and executive alignment
Consistently meet and exceed quota and pipeline generation goals
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data integrity
Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and conferences

Required

10+ years of B2B sales experience
at least 6+ years in SaaS or technology platforms
Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas in enterprise or strategic account sales
Demonstrated experience selling into multi-location or multi-brand organizations
Strong understanding of SaaS economics, contract structures, and enterprise procurement cycles
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills
Experience using modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) and data-driven sales approaches
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
