Responsibilities
Reach out to patients to review medication titration recommendations provided by Cadence Nurse Practitioners, ensuring clear communication and adherence to treatment plans

Take ownership of your tasks while ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism
Maintain precise, detailed documentation of patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA and Cadence's clinical protocols
Use your expertise to guide patients in understanding disease-specific medications and how they relate to their care plans
Show up on time and consistently meet deliverables, ensuring patient care and service are never compromised
Provide timely, clear, and empathetic communication with patients and healthcare providers
Manage your responsibilities independently while maintaining high performance and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Active certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited association (AAMA, NHA, AMT, or NCCT)
5+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant
Experience maintaining HIPAA-compliant environments and protecting patient confidentiality
Must have a HIPAA-compliant home office setup with reliable internet, including stable Wi-Fi and strong upload/download speeds
Highly skilled in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, with the ability to engage patients and healthcare providers effectively
Strong track record of working independently, managing time effectively, and fulfilling job duties with minimal supervision
Consistent attendance and adherence to work schedules to ensure timely and effective patient care
