This position is responsible for the operational oversight of a team of analysts focused on contracted insurance claim escalations and driving innovation through problem solving.

Qualification
Required
1 year in Leadership with direct reports
High School Diploma/equivalency
Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Intermediate proficiency in analytics systems (SQL, Netezza, Tableau)
Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle Collections
