Required

Students in their Junior Year, graduating in 2027

Shows genuine interest in asset management and current market trends, with the ability to discuss the impact of economic events on investments and form well-reasoned opinions on commercial or financial matters

Demonstrates moderate understanding of finance, able to discuss macro-level topics with clients and articulate insights effectively

Acts as a self-starter who is driven and passionate, willingly takes initiative, and seeks out opportunities - evidenced by leading or launching projects, societies, or volunteering activities

Maintains composure and methodical thinking under pressure, balancing commitments and delivering results even in high-pressure environments

Confident, authentic communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to adapt style to different audiences, present clearly, and build rapport - whether in person, over the phone, or in client-facing situations

Manages time, tasks, and expectations effectively, demonstrating event or project coordination skills, diary management, and successful use of organizational tools

Analytical and resourceful, quickly understands client issues, listens actively, and identifies practical, effective solutions using available tools and networks
