Assist the Install Manager in overseeing daily installation operations and team performance
Coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely project completion
Train and mentor installation technicians to uphold quality standards
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide updates
Maintain inventory of installation supplies and equipment
Support the implementation of new installation procedures and technologies
Prepare reports on installation progress and team performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in installation management or related field
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of electrical systems and generator installation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
