Responsibilities
Work across the stack, from backend APIs and infrastructure to frontend interfaces, launching and iterating on core product features
Write and ship production-grade code that balances speed, quality, and scalability
Collaborate with product and design to translate ideas and feedback into polished, user-centered experiences
Lead and mentor other engineers, sharing knowledge and elevating the team’s technical bar
Own the full lifecycle of features, from concept to mockup to deployment and iteration
Contribute to architecture and process decisions that improve developer velocity and system reliability
Qualification
Required
8+ years of hands-on engineering experience (preferably in SaaS or large-scale web applications)
Proven experience designing and building complex, performant, and reliable systems end-to-end
Strong product and design sensibility, you care about user experience and product polish as much as backend scalability
Collaborative mindset, you thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy working closely with product, design, and engineering peers
Preferred
Specific framework or stack experience is not required. We value adaptability and problem-solving over tools
