Responsibilities
Define and drive the roadmap for new and existing products, shaping how Assured delivers value to customers
Partner with customers, sales, and implementation teams to uncover insights and turn them into actionable strategies
Work closely with engineering and design to launch features that are innovative, scalable, and delightful
Leverage analytics and user feedback to guide decisions, measure outcomes, and iterate for continuous improvement
Collaborate directly with the CEO, CTO, and engineering leaders to influence both product and company direction

Required
Proven Leadership: You've built and led teams that ship high-quality, successful products
Strategic & Hands-On Thinking: You can zoom out to define a vision — and zoom in to execute with precision
Data Fluency: Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning insights into action

Technical Savvy: You're comfortable working with engineering teams and have a solid grasp of modern tech stacks or systems
