Responsibilities

You'll own the strategy, budget, and execution of our digital marketing initiatives across key channels, including paid social, paid search, digital sponsorships, media buys and digital brand buys

You'll work closely with our external agency partners, providing clear direction and leveraging their expertise to ensure our campaigns are aligned with business goals

You’ll design and run rapid-fire tests and iterative campaigns, focusing on learning and optimization to maximize ROI

You'll be highly focused on monitoring KPIs and analyzing business data to find opportunities for improvement, continually refining our strategy and tactics

You will collaborate with our sales, product, and design teams to ensure our digital marketing efforts are fully integrated with our overall business objectives

You will stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends and track competitive activity to ensure we're always ahead of the curve
