Responsibilities
Architect and develop a high-performance, secure native iOS app using Swift
Define and implement engineering standards and best practices for iOS development
Collaborate closely with backend and design teams to create seamless end-to-end experiences
Optimize app performance for speed, reliability, and offline usage
Play a key role in shaping product direction, technical architecture, and user experience
Potential to evolve into a mobile lead role overseeing iOS, Android, and mobile web platforms
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing iOS applications natively in Swift
Strong understanding of modern iOS architecture, design patterns, and Apple frameworks
Proven experience creating and scaling production apps with exceptional UI/UX quality
Comfortable owning architecture and product decisions in a high-autonomy environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills—able to work cross-functionally across design, backend, and leadership
Preferred
Experience building products for Latin American or other emerging markets
Prior work in fintech, payments, or digital banking
Strong product and design sensibility with a focus on intuitive user experiences
Full-stack exposure or comfort working across multiple layers of the stack
