Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle, from contract award to project closeout
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes to ensure alignment with project objectives
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and manpower forecasts
Coordinate submittals, shop drawings, fabrication releases, and material deliveries
Act as primary point of contact with clients, architects, GCs, and vendors throughout the project
Lead project meetings and maintain detailed documentation of RFIs, change orders, and progress updates
Work closely with engineering, field operations, and fabrication teams to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor installation progress on-site, address technical or logistical challenges, and enforce safety protocols

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
5–10 years of experience managing commercial glazing or curtainwall projects
Strong background in building envelope systems, particularly unitized and stick-built curtainwall systems
Proven experience with mid-size to large-scale commercial or institutional projects
In-depth understanding of curtainwall, glazing, storefront, and window wall systems
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills
