Maintenance Technician - Second Shift
So Good So You is a leading brand of premium plant-based functional beverages. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of production equipment and the facility, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities
Always ensure the complete physical safety of oneself and one’s co-workers without exception
Assist the production team with efficient day starts and equipment performance through the day
Inspect machinery: Knowledge of machine equipment for proper performance and to detect faults and malfunctions. Diagnose malfunctions using testing equipment to determine the required repair
Perform machine repair and maintenance, possibly including corrections and alterations, to ensure it remains in a proper productive state
Assist with or perform the troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing systems
Perform general facility maintenance tasks as required
Determine material, equipment, and supplies needed for daily maintenance functions and ensure work orders are completed accurately, timely, and cost effectively
Ensure plant preventative maintenance programs are supported and maintained
Assist in maintaining chemical and repair parts inventory
Qualification
Required
High School education or equivalent preferred; additional mechanic training or trade school degree preferred
Minimum 1-year job-related experience
Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic and other systems
Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of complex projects
Good interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify problems and react appropriately
Proficiency with a wide range of tools and applications
Ability to regularly lift up to 55lbs, and be able to push and pull up to 75lbs
Must be able to climb ladders and work at elevations above 4 feet
