Responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components using the MERN stack

Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React.js

Design RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver quality releases

Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Qualification

Required

1–5 years of hands-on development experience in the MERN stack

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks (React.js, Redux)

Experience with Node.js and Express.js for back-end development

Familiarity with MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases)

Understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and Agile development practices

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with TypeScript and/or Next.js

Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of authentication (OAuth, JWT) and security best practices

Basic understanding of DevOps or cloud-based deployments

Bachelor's degree in computer science is preferred
