Responsibilities
Designing solutions that meet the needs of existing and potential clients
Matching client requirements with appropriate IKS solutions
Working closely with the India-based Director or Manager of Solutions and other IKS teams
Developing solutions that are technically feasible, operationally efficient, and financially attractive
Participating in assessment studies and consulting engagements with prospective clients
Conducting assessment studies for clients to understand their current RCM structure and goals
Creating Revenue Optimization solutions for clients
Coaching, supporting, and supervising team members
Qualification
Required
12+ years in client-facing, managerial, consultative roles in healthcare technology or services, including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with at least 5 years at a Director Level
Prior experience in revenue cycle consulting, i.e. conducting assessment studies, writing reports, etc
Ability to coach, support, and supervise team members
Innovative thinking, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders across geographies
Domestic travel—approximately 60% of the time, or 3 to 4 days per week
Preferred
Experience in taking a new product or service to the market in the US healthcare industry
Experience in healthcare workflow optimization or performance improvement
Experience with healthcare technology implementation, technology development, etc
Master's degree in business or healthcare, such as MBA, MHA or MPH
