Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase documents; record all receipts in Navy ERP

Tag, label, and store property in accordance with NAVSUP P-529 and DoDM 4140.27 Shelf-Life Management

Prepare issue, transfer, and turn-in documentation ensuring proper audit trails

Conduct cyclic inventories, location surveys, and discrepancy reconciliations

Assist in physical inventory counts and data validation per Government direction

Support the Warehouse Manager in maintaining secure, organized storage environments and safe material handling practices

Maintain files and logs in compliance with SECNAV M-5210.1 Records Management Manual
