The role involves scheduling activities, leading a team, and working closely with the Director of Rehabilitation to enhance health and happiness through wellness programs.

Responsibilities

Schedule the monthly calendar: 5-7 exercises or activities per day. Group exercise/activities

Wellness and traditional activity/recreational programming /Assessments responsibilities

Work closely with the Director of Rehabilitation

Lead a Dynamic team on a large campus

Qualification

Recreational TherapistCOTASpecialty certificationExercise trainingTeam leadership

Required

Recreational Therapist/Life Enrichment OR COTA

Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred

Specialty certification as personal trainer, exercise specialist, fitness instructor, health and fitness specialist or similar area

Background in exercise and activity training with senior populations
