Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities
Act as a technical resource for customers and sales force
Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment
Spend the majority of time working closely with a senior Technician
Learn products and customers
Develop the skills needed to work on your own

Qualification

Mechanical experienceElectrical experienceCustomer service skillsWork outdoorsWork independently

Required

Some prior mechanical or electrical experience is helpful
Must be able to work independently in a field environment
Good customer service skills are required
Ability to work outdoors
Ability to work at heights
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Pre-employment drug test and clean driving record are required
DOT physical is required
