Part-Time Ramp and Customer Service Agent
Envoy Air, an American Airlines Group Company, is seeking a Part-Time Ramp and Customer Service Agent at Alexandria Regional Airport. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service, assist passengers with check-in, and handle baggage while working in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Responsibilities
Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while achieving on-time departures and arrivals
Cruise on the tarmac in company vehicles while getting bags to their destination
Work outside in all weather conditions
Qualification
Required
Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver's license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
18 years or older
High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship
