Senior Manager, HRIS
Terminix, a member of the Rentokil family of companies, is a global leader in Pest Control and other services. The Senior HRIS Manager is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, management, and project execution related to the HCM platform, as well as leading HR Technology projects and managing the HRIS support team.

Responsibilities
Maintain roadmap of projects and enhancements and effectively communicate timelines and progress updates to stakeholders
Partner with departments to manage the planning, configuration, and testing for annual projects, such as performance and merit cycles, open benefit enrollment, ACA, payroll year end and compliance reporting
Regularly report project status to program managers, senior management and/or the sponsor and stakeholders
Responsible for day-to-day maintenance, management, and projects related to the Workday platform, including requirement-gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
Conduct system and process change readiness reviews to ensure fixes/enhancements are deployed per requirements
Lead and mentor HRIS support team
Partner with subject matter experts across all subdisciplines (e.g., Benefits, Talent, Payroll, Learning, Finance) to simplify and optimize processes, reduce manual efforts, and enhance business capabilities
Planning for needed resources and funding based on business needs and objectives
Qualification
Required
Minimum seven years' experience in ERP/HR systems including 3 years' experience leading teams
High degree project management and change management expertise
Strong attention to detail and execution

Strong and inspirational team leader
Self-directed with excellent analytical abilities and big picture thinking

Experienced with HR / ERP systems, system integrations, data structures (databases, data warehouses, queries, data wrangling, etc.)
Experienced and proficient in managing across a virtual/geographically dispersed team
Strong analytical skills required
Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
Strong detailed and conceptual thinking skills to analyze complex problems and propose solutions despite technical and operational constraints
Skilled in communicating complex analytical solutions to HR and other stakeholders
Ability to teach and provide expertise in a manner that motivates and improves outcomes
Ability to influence outcomes without necessarily having direct control
High-level of drive, work ethic, and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sounds judgement and rigorous
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
