New Grad, Entry LevelThe Aragon Company is a performance marketing agency focused on customer acquisition across various industries. They are seeking a proactive Content Production Associate to assemble and publish 4 strategic articles per week, utilizing pre-written content blocks to maximize engagement and monetization.
Responsibilities
Construct 4 articles weekly by strategically combining pre-written content blocks and prioritizing revenue maximization
Publish directly to WordPress and/or post as native Quora answers
Collaborate with Revenue and Growth teams to understand performance outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure smooth flow and logical progression of assembled content
Actively participate in testing our new internal CMS platform (being developed to replace WordPress)
Provide hands-on feedback on functionality, usability, and workflow efficiency
Identify missing features or gaps that would impact content assembly and publishing
Collaborate with Product team to ensure the new CMS supports editorial workflow needs
Help validate that content block system, offer placement, and publishing tools meet business requirements
Write compelling, click-worthy headlines that drive engagement
Craft brief, engaging intro paragraphs (2-4 sentences) that hook readers
Identify high-potential Quora questions that align with our content library
Select and position relevant offers/CTAs within each article
Identify content opportunities independently throughout the week
Submit weekly content plan at the start of each week outlining:
Proposed headlines
Target platforms (WordPress/Quora)
Content block combinations
Offer selections
Complete and publish all 4 articles by end of week
Respond to specific campaign requests as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong headline writing and intro paragraph skills
Ability to identify trending topics and high-value questions
Understanding of how to match content with appropriate offers
Comfortable with WordPress publishing
Familiarity with Quora's format and best practices
Highly autonomous with minimal supervision needed
Clear, proactive weekly planning communication
Preferred
Has an eye for what content will resonate with audiences
Understands conversion optimization and strategic CTA placement
Works independently and meets deadlines consistently
Takes initiative in identifying content opportunities
Can work efficiently with existing content assets rather than needing to create from scratch
