Responsibilities
Review consumer loan applications for completeness and accuracy
Must be able to process and coordinate the closing of loans with members with limited guidance. This includes (but not limited to): Contacting and discussing repayment terms & options with members, verifying loan application information, income verification, proper preparation of consumer loan documents and successfully follow-up on outstanding items
Assist members and associates in a professional & timely manner on a consistent basis including returning all phone calls as described by management
Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks and consistently meet all established goals or timelines
Request wires from warehouse banks
Release the wire when conditions are cleared
Qualification
Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
