ElevenLabs is a research and product company defining the frontier of audio AI. They are seeking a Growth Engineer with expertise in full stack web development, growth marketing, SEO, and conversion rate optimization to help scale their consumer product, ElevenReader, by developing programmatic pages and collaborating with growth marketers.

Responsibilities

Build programmatic pages for new audiobook listings, collections, and authors — for example, genres like Mystery & Thriller audiobooks
Develop branded web pages for our marketing website major feature launches, such as introducing multi-cast audiobooks
Collaborate with our Growth Marketer to identify and produce SEO-driven content targeting high-priority keywords for written content production
Partner with our performance marketing team to design and implement high-converting landing pages for new paid campaigns

Required

Strong frontend engineering skills (React, Typescript) and backend engineering skills (Python ideally but others are fine too)
Strong SEO Experience ideating and executing SEO initiatives including programmatic SEO, content marketing, and keyword research
Strong Frontend web development and design skills
Experience with signup and onboarding conversion rate optimization

Preferred

Experience with performance marketing optimization
