Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
Experience in flexible packaging, converting, plastic films, blown film and plastics packaging is a must
At least 10 years of experience selling flexible packaging is a must
Preferred
Experience in printing and laminating would be a plus
