The Risk & Portfolio Manager will lead the governance and execution of digital transformation initiatives, manage the digital project portfolio, oversee risk registers, and ensure visibility into roadmap priorities and resource capacity.

Responsibilities

Lead the digital portfolio lifecycle from ideation to delivery
Manage intake and prioritization of new project requests
Prepare and facilitate monthly Portfolio Business Reviews (PBR)
Maintain and update risk and operations registers
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to scorecard reporting

Required

Demonstrated experience in portfolio management, risk management, and project coordination within digital or IT environments
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluent in English (required); French is a plus
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional priorities
