Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Docker Desktop’s platform and enterprise functionality

Collaborate with peers in Engineering and Design to build impactful and user-centric experiences

Prioritize tasks strategically, manage integrations across teams, and ensure seamless delivery

Clearly communicate and align stakeholders across the organization around shared goals and measurable outcomes

Engagement with the open-source community within the container ecosystem to ensure we continue to support the needs of the community

Required

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, from engineers to business stakeholders

Proactive, hands-on approach to product quality, including willingness to participate in testing and validation

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven product development
