EngineEars is the operating system of the music industry, connecting Recording Artists with world-class Recording Studios and Audio Engineers. They are seeking a Driven Account Executive who is passionate about music, technology, and sales to manage the sales cycle and optimize lead conversion.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle: from ICP warm leads to closing new artist and studio accounts
Manage a high volume of warm leads from our internal demand engine
Partner with our marketing and success teams to optimize conversion and retention
Evangelize the EngineEars mission: supporting creators building sustainable careers

Qualification

SaaS salesMusic-tech salesCommunication skillsSelf-starterEmpathy for artists

Required

Past Experience in SaaS or music-tech sales (or similar creator-facing roles)
Excellent communicator with deep empathy for independent artists and musicians
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Self-starter who thrives on hitting ambitious goals
