Responsibilities

Use operations finance knowledge and business acumen to build labor strategy with limited guidance and draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results, and drive improvements
Collaborate with cross functional teams to create and challenge business requirements for new processes and products
Provide analysis and recommendations to business leaders to support organizational decision making
Proactively identify opportunities to automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes across teams and organizations
Own the reporting for initiatives, tracking measures of success and reporting risks and opportunities to leadership
Identify and solve complex data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders on resolution, insisting on the highest standards
Develop and execute data analysis processes that are scalable and auditable
Intuitively utilize active listening skills to communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner, adjusting your style based on audience, to articulate complex finance issues
Create effective business partnership with Finance Leaders, Operations Stakeholders, Program and Product Managers, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance during unexpected events

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience

Preferred

Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
2+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
2+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
