Responsibilities

Lead a geographically distributed team of engineers across Europe and North America
Build and operate highly scalable, reliable, and performant services
Align the team with business and product goals by working closely with product management and engineering leadership
Take active ownership of your team members’ development, growth, and performance
Ensure predictable delivery and operational excellence of the components the team ships
Facilitate communication across teams and status reporting for critical projects
Hire and retain talent
Hold a high bar for engineering excellence

Qualification

Managing engineering teamsCloud architectureAI/ML systemsSaaS platform servicesAgile methodologiesOrganizedCommunication skillsSelf-motivated

Required

Proven experience managing engineering teams building and operating large-scale SaaS or platform services
Deep familiarity with cloud architecture, scalability, reliability, and observability best practices
Experience leading agile, remote engineering teams
Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy (self-motivated, organized)
Obsession with enabling engineers to do great work and delivering value to customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Experience or strong interest in AI/ML systems
