Responsibilities
Coordinate production activities to ensure quality and on-time delivery
Oversee order flow from entry to shipment
Maintain accurate stock levels, manage suppliers, and optimize purchasing efficiency
Provide local support to administer SAP and related systems, ensuring accurate data and effective use across the team
Support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and reporting
Provide local IT support for branch operations and system users
Oversee facility maintenance, upgrades, service providers, and issue resolution
Monitor and enforce safety compliance to meet company and regulatory standards
Manage direct reports, track time reporting, ensure schedule adherence, and foster accountability and teamwork
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in operations, Business Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4–8 years of experience in operations, manufacturing support, or ERP/business systems management
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred) and advanced Excel
Proficiency with general business software, including spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools
Demonstrated ability to lead or support teams effectively, fostering collaboration and accountability
Experience managing facility operations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; capable of balancing tactical problem-solving with process improvement
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
