VIRA Insight is a company committed to passion and customer focus. They are seeking a Fulfillment Team Administrator to process orders, maintain accurate data, and coordinate inventory levels while serving as a point of contact for various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely entry of data into company systems

Enter, update, and maintain product, customer, order, and shipping data in databases with accuracy

Review records for accuracy, update databases as needed and perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity

Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and related paperwork in compliance with company policies and regulations

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with teams to maintain adequate stock availability

Serve as a point of contact for internal departments, vendors, and carriers to facilitate communication and resolve issues

Collect, verify, and retrieve records and files as needed for order processing and shipping

Identify and address discrepancies related to orders, shipments, or inventory promptly and professionally

Support packaging, small pack, and distribution operations as required, including basic operation of equipment if needed

Perform other duties as assigned
