Revenue Enablement Manager

The Revenue Enablement Manager will equip sales teams with the necessary knowledge and tools to drive revenue growth and improve customer outcomes, collaborating closely with various departments to implement effective sales enablement strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support the revenue teams in achieving their revenue and customer satisfaction goals
Host weekly enablement sessions for different revenue teams, particularly Sales and SDRs
Focus on new Enablement AI initiatives for GTM, build out new processes, and bring on new tools to help utilize AI for each team
Create and curate sales enablement content, including sales collateral, playbooks, training materials, and presentations, that effectively communicate the value proposition of Boulevards' solution
Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the revenue teams, and develop tailored training programs to address these gaps
Work 1:1 with sales managers and leaders, as well as continuing to meet with ICS to understand gaps in role and needs
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars on product features, competitive positioning, sales methodologies, and objection handling
Use our existing LMS WorkRamp and Articulate to build out trainings for sales organization
Help identity new operational and tool needs for the sales org, particular utilizing AI, assist in the implementation and roll out of new tools
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including win rates, sales cycle length, Csat, adoption rates, churn etc to identify areas for improvement and inform sales enablement priorities
Partner with product marketing to ensure alignment between sales and marketing messaging, content, and campaigns, and provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing assets in driving sales opportunities
Support the onboarding and ongoing development of all revenue team members by providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
Serve as a trusted advisor to revenue leadership, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement strategies
Utilize tools and AI capabilities for data and detail driven decisions making on focus areas for enablement

Required

Proven experience (3+ years) in revenue enablement, sales/SDR enablement, operations, project management or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
Deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems and ability to build reports and dashboards, and revenue enablement tools and technologies like outreach.io, Gong, Chilipiper, LeanData
Passion for deep product understanding, competitor knowledge and excelling working with product marketing teams on launch initiatives
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in sales enablement practices
