Responsibilities

Designing and developing solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, workflows/flows, policies, actions, access control, interfaces and any other configurations required to support client processes
Preparing and presenting client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related
Translating business requirements into detailed technical designs that represent actionable development tasks
Collaborating with System Administrators and ServiceNow Support concerning strategies and technical aspects of platform upgrades
Overseeing major version upgrades and installing patches
Providing advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes and performing root cause analysis
Providing operational support for Management Information Systems (MIS)

Required

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification
Proven experience as the lead technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments
6+years of ServiceNow Development experience
Experience leveraging MID Servers for integration and automation
In-depth understanding of database structure principles
Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements
Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques
Experience with front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
Experience with custom REST/SOAP APIs (webservices)
Experience with interfacing with systems inbound/outbound
Experience with leading and managing developers
US Citizen eligible for Secret Clearance

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Federal Consulting Industry Experience
