Associate Recruitment Consultant
InterEx Group is expanding its Miami office and is seeking ambitious individuals to join as 360 Recruitment Consultants. The role involves sourcing candidates and managing client relationships in the ERP, CRM, and Data markets while offering opportunities for rapid career growth and uncapped earnings.

Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: identifying and engaging top tech professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our internal database
Business Development: building and nurturing relationships with clients to uncover hiring needs and drive new business
360 Sales Process: managing everything from pitching and negotiating to closing deals
Relationship Management: becoming a trusted recruitment partner in the Cloud, Data, and ERP spaces
Qualification
Required
Ambitious, competitive, and eager to kickstart a high-performing sales career

Ability to deliver exceptional candidates to top-tier clients across North America
Willingness to transition into a full 360 role managing both business development and candidate relationships

Building and nurturing relationships with clients to uncover hiring needs and drive new business
Managing everything from pitching and negotiating to closing deals
Becoming a trusted recruitment partner in the Cloud, Data, and ERP spaces
A resilient, competitive, and ambitious mindset with a proven track record of success, whether in academics, sports, or work
A strong drive to learn, follow a proven process, and succeed in a target-driven sales environment

Previous sales or commercial experience
