Senior Program Manager, Utilities
Zero Homes is on a mission to electrify the world’s homes for healthy and sustainable living. They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery and scaling of utility programs, ensuring operational excellence and strategic vision across multiple projects.

Responsibilities
Lead the successful delivery and scaling of utility programs
Own overall program targets and program design
Work with external stakeholders to deliver against ambitious goals
Set the strategic vision for each program and ensure consistent delivery across contractual obligations, program milestones, and revenue targets
Report program progress to leadership and lead program reviews
Advocate for process changes and improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years in a cross-functional, highly strategic operational roles with a track record of excellence
A bias for action with excellent organization, record-keeping, and time-management skills
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to distill technical information or industry jargon in an easy-to-understand way
Great presentation and public speaking skills
Tech savviness and willingness to learn new software systems
Expertise or familiarity with utilities, including energy efficiency, electrification, or demand-side management programs
Preferred
In-field or management experience in residential construction, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical retrofit work
Ability to speak Spanish or other languages to support customers or partners
