Account Manager - Commercial Insurance, Condo/HOA

They are seeking an Account Manager in the Commercial Insurance/Condo HOA Division to manage client relationships, provide expert advice on insurance options, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Manage and foster relationships with agency clients, carriers, and producers while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Provide expert advice to clients on insurance options and risk management strategies
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless communication throughout the account lifecycle
Account management responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Process AOR/BOR letters, review policy audits and manage complex audit disputes, prepare pre-renewal summaries and manage policy renewals, gather underwriting data and present risks to markets, create proposals and presentations, and renew COI/EOP templates
Monitor aged receivables
Provide ongoing, timely and responsive support to clients
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor or Management

Qualification

2-20 Florida PropertyCasualty licenseApplied Epic proficiencyPropertyCasualty insurance experienceInsurance products knowledgeCommunication skillsAttention to detailMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft Outlook

Required

High school diploma required
Active 2-20 Florida Property and Casualty license
Proven experience (4+ years) in insurance, with a focus on property and casualty insurance for condominiums or HOAs
Applied Epic proficient
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with strong attention to detail
In-depth knowledge of insurance products, markets, rating, and underwriting procedures
Proficiency in computer programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
