Responsibilities

Exposure to polymer formulations, additives, and their applications in manufacturing

Hands-on experience with materials testing and analysis

Participation in cross-functional projects related to product improvement and innovation

Understanding the relationship between material properties, processing, and final product performance

Gaining insight into industry standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability considerations

Opportunity to engage with both the research and technical aspects of product engineering
