Product Manager - Talent Community

Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for U.S.-based businesses, primarily law firms. The Product Manager - Talent Community is responsible for driving member engagement, optimizing training pathways, and overseeing the Talent Community's product roadmap and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Talent Community, ensuring adherence to SOPs and identifying opportunities for optimization
Maintain and update contact lists across different platforms
Manage tagging and segmentation of Community members based on engagement, activity and training
Ensure accuracy and alignment of data across all systems
Track and analyze all systems’ metrics, usage and trends to improve funnel performance and identify growth opportunities
Analyze, interpret and present performance reports to support strategic decisions
Define and communicate the Talent Community’s product vision, goals, and roadmap
Conduct market research and collect feedback from Community members to uncover needs, gaps, and opportunities
Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business priorities
Write clear product requirements and user stories for system features, enhancements and workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product improvements
Monitor product performance and iterate features based on data insights and Community member feedback
Act as the voice of Community members throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring all enhancements support engagement, readiness, and satisfaction

Required

Background in recruitment, HR operations, or talent development
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing small-scale, cross-functional projects
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred

Familiarity with ERP, ATS, LMS, SIS, or CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) systems and experience managing talent communities
Knowledge of career development programs or competency-based learning models
Experience in product roadmap planning and user-centered design principles
